The online store at www.salinabelle.be is governed by the terms and conditions set out herein, which the Customer undertakes to comply with.

Prices and products
The prices in the catalog on www.salinabelle.be are in Euros. All prices published on the Web Site for European Union countries are inclusive of VAT. You will not be charged any additional fees and you must pay for your purchases by credit or debit card.
The prices and specifications of the products on this site may be altered by Salina Belle without prior notice.
Ordering
Our national shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands have different shipment costs depending on the weight of the parcel. Shipping is free worldwide on orders over 300 euros.
We ship worldwide, although some countries might not show up on the shipping list, we try to update this list as often as we can, in case your country is not showing up on the list please send an email to salinabelle24@gmail.com and we will be sure to arrange the shipping costs to your country.
When you receive your package, you might have to pay a tax and customs surcharge depending on your country. This is not normally the case for countries like the UK, United States of America, Canada, Japan and South Korea.
To request detailed information on these costs you can contact the customs offices of your country.
Returns & Refunds
We care about the satisfaction of our customers. If you want to make an exchange or simply want to make a return, remember that you have 10 days since you received your item and to do so you must comply with the following conditions:
Custom Made Products
If the item you are returning is not a custom made product. All items made to order are non refundable, these include Perrito Portraits, Cat Portraits, Custom Made Vintage Cars and any other product that has been made especially for the client. If you are not satisfied with the end product you can write an email at salinabelle24@gmail.com and you will receive a voucher with no expiration date for the total amount of the product you are not satisfied with.
The voucher can be used to purchase any item available on www.salinabelle.be including custom made ones. If the amount of the order exceeds the amount of the voucher the remaining amount can be paid by card or via paypal at checkout.
In case of not being satisfied with the end result of any of the made to order products, after having seen photos of the final work, shared with the client privately, you can decide whether to receive a voucher and not have the product sent to you. Shipping costs are non refundable and will be used to ship the items chosen in exchange.
Ready Made Products
To return an order of any other product that is not custom made one (these include apparel, original art and stationery) write an email to salinabelle24@gmail.com within a maximum of 3 days after having received your order in which you specify in the subject the order number. The following information must be included in the body if the email:
- Name and surname
- Order number
- E-mail address
- Product and/or size
- Reason for return
The products must arrive at our studio in perfect condition, they cannot be used or damaged.
The address for returns will be sent to you by email after having requested the return.
You can return the items using any courier of your choice. Shipping costs arising from the return shall be borne by the customer unless the reasons for the return are attributable to Salina Belle Studio, such as a mistake in the order
